Honor your loved ones this holiday season

Meeting the need of animals in our community!

Light the Way is a community celebration and holiday gathering. We welcome you to come to the rescue to enjoy a building lighting ceremony – where we light up our beloved building with thousands of holiday lights in honor and memoriam of your former loved ones, past pets, and the pets that bring joy to our lives each day.
Bring the whole pack to enjoy tours of our newly renovated building, delights from local food trucks, our Spring House Brewing Co. holiday beer garden, wine tastings with Britain Hill Vineyard, finding one-of-a-kind gifts at our holiday market and the opportunity to snap family and dog photos with Santa. All under the cheerful glow of our warmly lit rescue.
Weather two-legged or four, your loved one deserves to be honored during Light the Way. To ensure each beloved pet and family member is recognized, we're offering a string of holiday lights on a "pay what you can" model.

We welcome you to purchase a string of holiday lights that will adorn our beautiful brick building during the event and throughout the holiday season. Proceeds from this event will do to support our critical programs that answer the ever-growing needs of animals, in order to keep them safe and healthy in all environments throughout the areas we serve.
