Together, with our community, Pet Pantry of Lancaster County is in the final stages of opening and expanding capacity in the Dena M. and Samuel N. Lombardo Animal Rescue and Surgical Center located less than 1/4 mile from our current facility.

The need for dog rescue is far greater than we can meet in our current facility. Every day these dogs wait, they miss out on a loving home.

Our second facility will offer an exam suite, cozy kennels, a grooming station, and a play yard for dogs awaiting adoptive homes. With this expansion, we expect to quadruple the amount of dogs we can serve each year.

The main floor of this building will have a floor dedicated to providing life-saving surgery for community cats. We will work to combat over-population and the illnesses many cats face.

The top floor of the building offers temporary lodging for veterinary students who are visiting Pet Pantry to learn from our skilled team. We want to help the next generation of veterinary students who can help move this mission forward for years to come.

To finish this project, we need our community's help to get the equipment and operational support needed to operate at full capacity.
